The Hardline jacket is for those who respect tradition and demand substance over show. Made from premium vegetable-tanned cowhide, this jacket is crafted to age gracefully, with its teacore leather revealing natural tones through years of wear. Every scratch, every fade will be earned—not manufactured—resulting in a jacket that tells your story.

Vegetable-tanned leather is a labor of love, and is something special. Unlike more common tanning processes, this method uses natural tannins and takes much longer to complete, resulting in a leather that’s both exclusive and more durable. Over time, it will develop a rich patina unique to you, giving the jacket a depth and character that simply can’t be replicated.

Design elements are purposeful: the pleated front offers flexibility without compromising the integrity of the fit, while the buckle-back allows for subtle adjustments, ensuring the jacket remains tailored to your body over time. The understated western yolks and fine pocket embroidery are a subtle nod to classic craftsmanship.

We chose a simple, solid red twill liner because it’s durable, comfortable, and contrasts the rich exterior. The focus is on quality materials and construction, from the stitching to the hardware, ensuring that this jacket will serve you reliably for years to come.

Each jacket is designed in Toronto and built in our own dedicated workshop in Pakistan. We oversee every step — from pattern drafting to leather selection to final inspection. Every jacket is individually photographed, measured, and quality-checked before leaving the shop. We produce in small batches using full-grain leathers, custom hardware, and offer complimentary custom sizing on all builds.
