About Us
Master Supply Co. — Who We Are
We’re a Canadian brand based in Toronto, designing and producing our own leather jackets in small batches at our dedicated workshop in Pakistan. Every part of the process—from pattern drafting and leather selection to hardware and final construction—is handled in-house. No outsourcing. No private labeling.
Our focus is on classic North American styles:
- Double riders
- Single riders
- Truckers
- Chore coats
We draw inspiration from traditional workwear, motorcycle gear, and western silhouettes. We don’t do reproductions—we take cues from the past, then adapt the fit, patterns, and details to create jackets built for daily wear, not museum displays.
We use only full grain hides:
- Cowhide is 100% vegetable-tanned or semi-vegetable-tanned, typically cut between 1.3mm–1.5mm depending on the style.
- Select models feature chrome-tanned buffalo for a softer, more relaxed drape.
- Linings are always 100% cotton in the body and pockets—no fusing, no synthetics where it counts.
Construction details:
- Lock-stitch, double-stitched throughout
- French seams for clean, durable interiors
- Patch pockets reinforced with double stitching and rivets
- Solid zinc two-prong donut buttons, made to spec
- Master-branded YKK zippers with vintage-style Talon reproduction sliders
- Triple-stitched selvedge denim used on our non-leather pieces
In the past, we offered some lightly pre-distressed jackets. As of 2025, we’ve transitioned fully to natural aging. Every jacket now develops character the right way—through real wear.
Yes, we proudly make our jackets in Pakistan. We own the patterns, we run our own workshop, and we work with the same small team every day. These aren’t brokered jackets or off-the-shelf designs with private labels slapped on. We oversee every step ourselves—because that’s the only way we trust the result.
We’re not here to sell hype. We’re not chasing trends. We make jackets we want to wear.
Our Workshop — Built from the Ground Up
We design and manufacture every jacket ourselves—no brokers, no outsourcing, no shortcuts. Master Supply Co. began in collaboration with a small independent workshop, and over time we invested directly: purchasing our own equipment, hiring our own team, and dedicating the entire facility exclusively to our production.
Today, every jacket is cut, sewn, and finished by our own staff. Each piece is measured on camera, photographed from all angles, and individually inspected before it leaves our shop—all under the direct oversight of our Toronto team.
We maintain daily communication between Toronto and our workshop, with scheduled team meetings to monitor quality and production flow. And because we own the patterns and the process, we’re proud to offer complimentary custom sizing on every jacket.
But our investment goes deeper than product. We invest in our people—offering above-average wages, holiday bonuses, and a work environment built on respect, trust, and long-term relationships.
That’s how we do things. And it’s the only way we ever will.
