Built from natural vegetable-tanned cowhide and lined in 100% cotton twill (sage green), the Switchback is our modern take on the classic Type-3 trucker reinforced, refined, and re-engineered with purpose. It draws subtle inspiration from the Lee Storm Rider but sharpens every line for a more architectural silhouette.
Key features include custom solid zinc donut buttons with a double-prong design, forward-slant chest pockets with angular flap geometry, and a widened upper chest seam that creates a subtle collar flare when unbuttoned offering a soft lapel effect without compromising structure.
The back panel features a Western-scalloped rear yoke and a clean three-panel layout with no pleats, finished with side button adjusters for a tailored fit. Inside, you’ll find two storage pockets: one open, one zippered. Set-in sleeves with curved rear seams allow for natural range of motion in a jacket built to break in, patina, and evolve with wear.

Leather Note:
This jacket is made from full-grain, undyed vegetable-tanned cowhide. Due to the natural and minimally finished nature of the leather, tonal variation, visible grain, and small surface marks are expected and not considered defects.
Natural veg tan leather is highly porous and reactive. Avoid heavy oil-based conditioners and prolonged/direct UV exposure intended to accelerate darkening or patina, as this can cause uneven darkening, excessive softening, blotching, or odour development.
If exposed to significant moisture, oxidation from metal hardware may transfer to the leather, particularly around rivets and snaps with an antique finish. If the jacket becomes wet, lay it flat to dry in a cool, ventilated space. Do not apply direct heat or hang while damp.
Each jacket is designed in Toronto and built in our own dedicated workshop in Pakistan. We oversee every step from pattern drafting to leather selection to final inspection. Every jacket is individually photographed, measured, and quality-checked before leaving the shop. We produce in small batches using full-grain leathers, custom hardware, and offer complimentary custom sizing on all builds.
