Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Master Supply Co for your fashion needs. We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential, and we're here to make the exchange process as seamless as possible for you.

Eligibility Criteria for Exchanges:

• Items must be unworn and in new condition.
• All original tags must be attached.
• Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Initiating an Exchange:

To begin the exchange process, please contact us at info@mastersupply.co. For exchanges within the US and Canada, a flat rate shipping fee of $19.99 USD applies. For customers residing outside of these regions, please refer to the specific instructions below.

Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive a manual invoice for the shipping fee. Upon payment, a new order number will be generated for tracking purposes.

Return Shipping Label:

We'll provide you with a UPS return shipping label for fast-tracked return shipment. Simply print the label and follow the instructions provided.

Processing Your Exchange:

Once we receive your item(s), we'll authorize the release of the new size from our shop/warehouse.

All Selvedge Denim Jackets:

Please note that due to high demand, exchanges for Bluejay Selvedge Denim are not possible. If you require a different size, kindly make a separate purchase, and we'll process the initial purchase as a return for a refund.

Exchanges Outside of Canada and USA:

Customers outside of Canada and the USA are responsible for mailing the exchange to our Toronto office using a trackable service. Please mark the items as a return, referencing the original order number, and declare the value at no more than USD30. Failure to follow these instructions may result in additional taxes and duties deducted from your refund.

Discontinued Items and Additional Fees:

Discontinued items and items exchanged from countries other than the USA and Canada are not eligible for exchanges. 

Custom Orders:

We're delighted to offer custom sizing upon request. However, please be aware that custom orders are non-exchangeable as the jacket will be tailored specifically to your body size and cannot be resold. Kindly consult with us prior to placing a custom order.
