WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item(s). If more than 14 days has lapsed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund exchange.
In order to request a return; please contact email@example.com and provide us with your order number.
Once the return is approved, please return your garment(s) in its original condition with all tags attached. To return your order, you should mail your product - please contact us for warehouse address.
In addition, please keep in mind that all of our jackets are made to order (i.e. Your jacket is made just for you), so in the event that you request a refund or exchange, a 20% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your reimbursement.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
If a jacket was purchased on a Clearance Price (a discount of over 30%), the item is not eligible for a return or free exchange.
If the item is not eligible for a free exchange, you are responsible for the full shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you would like to exchange your eligible garment for another size we will waive the return postage fee as well as the restocking fee. The first exchange is on us, however on any subsequent returns you are responsible for the full shipping costs.
If a jacket was purchased on a Sale Price with a discount of over 30% the item is not eligible for free exchange. Shipping costs will be applied.
Please note that when we ship the new item that we will mark the exchanged jacket as such on the shipping documents, however we do not have control over how the destination country may or may not impose additional duty fees.
As we do not have control or influence over this process we pay the return shipping cost to help offset any unforeseen tax fees. In addition we encourage our customers to keep their tax receipts, as most countries do have a process whereby an import fee can be challenged by the receiver.
We are pleased to offer custom sizing upon request. Please note that for custom orders that we are unable to accept exchanges/returns as the jacket will be tailored specific to your body size/shape.
Prior to dispatch all items are checked for quality assurance and are photographed; If your item is damaged upon arrival please contact us directly at Info@Mastersupply.co and provide us with your order number. We will ensure that the exchange process occurs in a timely fashion and that you do not incur any additional costs.
