The Master Supply Co. Mark-IV jacket is made from full-grain vegetable tanned tea-core cowhide renowned for its unique patina potential that reveals a rusty brown core as it ages. Our signature pleated trucker silhouette, celebrated for its timeless appeal, is enhanced with symmetrical button placement, contrast pleat stitching, and familiar details like the western yolk and embroidered chest pockets.

For added warmth during colder months, the jacket includes a shearling collar and a 100% cotton twill liner with light insulation. Every aspect of the Mark-IV reflects our dedication to quality and craftsmanship, embodying our journey towards perfecting this iconic design.

Please note: Each shearling collar, made from natural fur, may vary slightly in color or texture. The patina development of the tea-core leather is a deliberate feature, designed to evolve uniquely with wear. The leather’s core is dyed a rich rusty brown colour, with a pigmented black exterior that gradually wears to reveal the tone beneath, telling the story of your adventures. The Mark-IV is not just a jacket it’s a personalized symbol of our shared journey, designed to evolve with every wear.

Each jacket is designed in Toronto and built in our own dedicated workshop in Pakistan. We oversee every step from pattern drafting to leather selection to final inspection. Every jacket is individually photographed, measured, and quality-checked before leaving the shop. We produce in small batches using full-grain leathers, custom hardware, and offer complimentary custom sizing on all builds.

• Leather: 1.5mm Black Veg-Tan Tea-core Cowhide: Full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather with a copper/rust base that gradually reveals depth and warmth beneath the black top coat as it wears. The refined surface finish and structured grain create a balanced drape and natural aging process.
• Structured Chest Seam: Reinforced seam through the upper torso for a clean shape and natural collar roll when worn open.
• Western Flap Pockets: Dual chest pockets with pointed flaps and tonal Western embroidery, blending detailing with practical storage.
• Handwarmer Pockets: Clean lower welt pockets for easy access and everyday functionality.
• Western Back Yoke: Scalloped back yoke cut clean across the shoulders.
• Three-Panel Back: Streamlined rear body with no pleats or gussets for a clean silhouette.
• Shearling Collar: Genuine shearling collar for added warmth and seasonal versatility.
• Red Cotton Twill Lining: Fully lined in 100% cotton twill for breathability, comfort, and structure retention.
• Insulated Quilt Layer: Light insulation adds warmth without bulk, ideal for cooler weather.
• Two Inside Pockets: One open utility pocket and one secure zippered pocket built into the lining.
• Custom Zinc Donut Buttons: Solid zinc, double-prong donut hardware with an antique finish exclusive to Master Supply Co.
• Side Adjusters: Buttoned waist tabs at the hem for a tailored fit.
