The Field Jacket: Natural is an evolution of Master Supply Co.’s original Field Jacket. This new version, crafted from 100% vegetable-tanned natural cowhide, retains the rugged chore-style design while introducing a twill liner for added comfort. The jacket’s natural leather will develop a rich patina over time, thanks to exposure to UV light and oils, making each piece uniquely yours! This lined version takes the durability, versatility, and timeless aesthetic to the next level.

Our Natural Field Jacket is crafted from 100% vegetable-tanned cowhide, renowned for its authentic, natural appearance and durability. As this is a natural leather, slight variations in color and tone between different pieces are to be expected. These variations are not imperfections but a hallmark of the vegetable tanning process and the organic nature of the material.

Each jacket is unique, with subtle differences in shade and texture that reflect the leather’s natural origins. Over time, the leather will develop a rich patina, making it even more distinctive and personal to the wearer.

We encourage customers to embrace these natural variations as part of the charm and individuality of owning a genuine vegetable-tanned leather product.

Leather Note:

This jacket is made from full-grain, undyed vegetable-tanned cowhide. Due to the unfinished nature of the leather, tonal variation, visible grain, and small surface marks are to be expected. These are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.

If exposed to significant moisture, there is a risk of oxidization from metal hardware transferring to the leather, particularly around rivets and snaps with an antique finish. If the jacket becomes wet, lay it flat to dry in a cool, ventilated space. Do not hang or apply heat while damp

Each jacket is designed in Toronto and built in our own dedicated workshop in Pakistan. We oversee every step from pattern drafting to leather selection to final inspection. Every jacket is individually photographed, measured, and quality-checked before leaving the shop. We produce in small batches using full-grain leathers, custom hardware, and offer complimentary custom sizing on all builds.
